Concept Development
We illustrate concepts rapidly, providing a range of options based on the initial discussion with the client, including their target market, price point, capabilities, and differentiators. As the designs move further down the process, we increase the fidelity until ending up with a full Tech Pack.
Prototyping
We craft a shoe for each selected concept, in either exact or representative materials. We develop a pattern, then build multiple iterations of a full physical prototype to reach the final spec. Throughout this process, we solicit feedback and adjust our approach to meet the client’s needs.
Production Support
We leverage our global sourcing network to connect clients with the right factory partners based on their fully-developed product. We work with the factory on our clients’ behalf to troubleshoot production issues and get the product from prototype to mass production.
